What should I check when current terms differ from my saved order information?
Check whether the purchase channel and seller provide terms for different responsibilities. Resolve the factual difference using dated records and clear communication rather than assumptions about which page prevails.
How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?
Record any agreed price and what it includes together. Confirm any later changes in the same documented manner.
